Si tienen una estrategia obvia no se diferenciarán.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2- Tengan buenas frases para la prensa si no tienen dinero para publicidad.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3- Usen la plata de otros al comenzar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4- La misión, la visión, los objetivos, la estrategia, todo eso es dinámico.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5- Tengan una causa que haga que la gente quiera comprarles, venderles, trabajar con uds., etc.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6- Tengan un board of directors fuerte. Si son ex CEOs mejor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7- Es importante decidir qué se va a comprar y qué se va a producir.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8- No firmen contratos por más de dos años (todo cambia rápido).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;9- Es importante definir qué se va a compartir y qué se va a proteger en términos de propiedad intelectual.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ejemplo: Apple no comparte y es necesario tener todo Apple.
